Everything went exactly as expected. You replaced my macbook Air hard drive, upgraded it to Snow Leopard, and even sent me the Snow Leopard install disk. Your service is very well suited for Apple computer owners, and is heads and shoulders above the shoddy treatment that most Windows-based repair houses deliver.

Incredible service experience . . . the mail-in turnaround was far beyond my expectations and the repair was perfect! I usually do most of my own repair/service but did not want to tackle the endless screws, clasps, and connectors involved in a laptop screen repair. The few extra bucks that I would have saved doing the repair on my own are insignificant compared to the ease and economy of your service. Thanks

MyService was great to work with! I'll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive in sending out two MacBooks to be fixed without truly knowing who was at the other end. Yet the tracking available from start to finish was upfront and professional. Emails were sent on a regular basis, followed up by a phone call as to the diagnostic testing results. Several more emails alerting me when the computers were fixed, more tracking numbers, and a turn around time of 3-5 days. Very impressive!! I would highly recommend their services!

Our experience with MyService was, well,perfect. We made arrangements for the broken Mac to be picked up. A box was delivered to our home, we were notified that the computer was received. Later we were informed of the problem, a technician contacted us, the Mac was repaired and delivered to our home. The fee charged for this service was extremely reasonable.
