MyService was a lifesaver. My MacBook was damaged in transit on a Middle Eastern airline and the unibody was buckled and the optical drive was damaged. Their overnight service was prompt and their customer service was awesome. They replaced the unibody and handled the warranty claim with Apple for the optical drive. I had my computer back 2 days after I sent it in. Hope to never have to use them again but if my MacBook is ever damaged I know who I'll give my business too!

I received excellent service in upgrading my MacBook Pro hard drive and RAM memory. I had reservations about sending my MacBook across country in a UPS longhaul truck and back but two weeks later I received my MacBook in perfect order, all data on my old hard drive was moved to the newly installed hard drive and my old hard drive was included in the return box, safely packed. Placed the old hard drive in an enclosure and now using that as a great backup external hard drive. Thank you, MyService, and you will be my first choice should I need any Apple services in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with MyService. My original issue was handled at a quarter of the price that Apple suggested. When a secondary issue (but a more major issue with my LogicBoard) arose, they shipped it back for free, discovered an issue that Apple's Genius Bar had missed, and dealt with Apple until the part was replaced for no charge. The customer service was stellar from end to end. I'll be recommending them to any of my Mac-using friends that need service, and if I have issues in the future, will be using MyService again.

The service was great! I received the shipping box in about 4-5 days after my order request. And the repair didn't take long at all. I was a little worried I may have gotten jipped because I wasn't able to track my package being returned to me yet I had already been charged.
