Fantastic job on repairing my 6+ year old 17 Mac Book Pro which needed a new screen and some other work as well. Everything is back to normal and running like a new machine. My local Apple store won't even look at repairing these old computers as they say they are vintage and obsolete, that's how I found MyService. I highly recommend their work.

I was overall very pleased with the service of MyService. My computer was diagnosed and fixed in a very fast manner I'm not sure it would have been completed so fast at any other repair shop! Waiting on shipping may not have been super fast but it is understandable the short amount of time the repairs take make up for the time in shipping. Thanks for your outstanding work!

She determined that the memory was the same as when it first arrived. Once I calmed down, I went to our Mac Lab at the university where I work. The service was great! I would have had my computer back within 72hrs coast to coast, however, I had told them the wrong type of keyboard and they had to order a different one. Even with the mix up I had it back within 5 days that includes a weekend! It was like a new one when I opened it. No problems with any information being lost, passwords missing, nothing.. The service and staff were great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I need to.

MySerivce did an excellent job on my order. When I originally placed this order, I requested my cracked screen replaced. Not only did MyService do this for half the price of any other Apple Authorized Service Provider I located, but they also replaced a cracked hard case and upgraded my operating system for free.
