Wow!!! So I got a referral from a client of mine who said that his company has had great sucess and uses MyService on all of his companies computers. My computer was a mess from having my 2 year old almost render the screen of my lap top unrecognizable. Not only was my laptop restored to looking brand new you guys were fast, reliable and easy. From orderdate, delivery of packaging box, sending you my computer to getting it back in my lap only took 4 days. Thank you. I was totally blown away by how excellent the service was. They sent me a very nice padded box for which to send my broken MAC. They did a very thorough check. Notified me of the findings. Explained that the cost would be a bit more than the original discussion because they didn't know at the time that my machine had the Santa Rosa board. The only knock I could give is the amount of time it took from send off to get back. Maybe that was normal I don't know because this is my first repair experience with anyone (reputable). Thanks My Service.

Extremely please with both the customer service and technical service. The only authorized Apple repair for warranty purposes. Beyond that, the price was the lowest for a reputable repair. Shipping both ways was fast and efficient, although I would prefer Fed-Ex. They know their Apple products and deliver the best service you can find. I trust my Apple computer with you.

My experience was EXCELLENT! I'm a business owner and understand the importance of good customer service and I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about using an online computer repair service. But after reading customer reviews I decided to go for it and I couldn't be happier with the results. I live in Alaska and most businesses don't want to deal with us because of the high cost of freight. MyService provided me with a box for my MacBook and the cost to ship this box to me, back to MyService for repair, and then back to me again was very reasonable. I will definitely use MyService again if the need arises and will refer all my friends to them. Thank you MyService!

My first impression as a first time costumer started from the use of the website. I was very impressed by the easy way to navigate and getting the information that I need. First impressions mean a lot, and the MyService website definitely made a good one. The site was cleanly laid out and very easy to use. Its a three-step affair. I chose the repair option (replacement keyboard) and made my payment. Within a week, I received a large, well-protected box that fit my Macbook Pro like a glove. The box included a pre-paid label to cover return shipping back to their service center. Within a few days, I received an email from MyService informing me that my laptop had made it safe and sound to their facility. The repair price includes shipping both ways. Within a day of MyService receiving my machine, I received a courteous call from one of their tech guys. We spoke for a few minutes, where I reiterated the problems I had been experiencing with my laptop, including the broken latch and a loose display hinge. The tech (whose name I unfortunately cant remember now) was friendly and assured me hed take a look to see what he could do. Based on my repair payment, I fully expected to receive a replacement keyboard, but I didnt expect the other issues to be addressed. I also received a tracking number and an email confirmation once my repaired MBP had shipped. Flash-forward to yesterday, when the UPS guy knocked on my door holding the MyService box. Like a kid on Christmas morning, I opened the package. Not only did the MBP have a new keyboard (which I expected), but the latch was fixed (allowing me to properly close the unit) AND the screen hinge was tightened (both at no extra charge!). Im typing this blog post on my new MBP. It runs like a champ. The backlight on the keyboard now works, too. I couldnt be happier!

My LCD screen cracked over Memorial Day weekend. Apple quoted me $600-700 to fix it (even though a brand new computer would be $1000). My service replaced it for $245 and got it back to me in the same week. Plus it has a one year guarantee? Awesome!!! I'd recommend this to every mac owner who has a problem not covered by apple care.
