We’re Now An Apple Authorized Service Provider!
May 19th, 2009
We’ve got some great news for everybody out there…
MyService is now an Apple Authorized Service Provider!
We’ve always had a really good relationship with Apple (we’re located about 10 mins away) so we’re all excited to become an official partner.
We are now Apple authorized for warranty repairs on both Mac laptops and desktops. You’ve now got a one stop shop for both in-warranty (including AppleCare) and out-of-warranty repairs.
You’ll now get the great MyService experience (fast turnaround, no phone trees, no appointments) on your Apple warranty service.
You’ll still enjoy our low pricing and fast turnaround on your out-of-warranty repairs and upgrades. All the benefit, none of the hassle.

Congratulations, MyService. I think this is better news for Apple, actually. As great as Apple can be, MyService is a role model for great service and value.
I am very excited about this development! I have been too busy to make it out to the closest apple store to have my macbook looked at under its applecare agreement. I have had great dealings with macservice in the past, an I am looking forward to having this option.
What info will you require from customers who send in applecare eligible machines?
@Chuck
Thanks for the feedback. No additional info is required, we can look everything up by serial number.
Great news, one question, which I hope does not sound confusing: A month or so, I had MyService upgrade the hard drive, and memory on a brand new unibody macbook, will those modifications, or similar modifications in the future possibly void my apple warranty, for any future repairs on parts that are still under warranty from Apple?
Good question. Since your upgrade was done by a certified Apple technician, your warranty has not been affected. Your new hard drive and memory is covered under our MyService warranty (which is longer anyway.) @Craig
@Robert Baker
Thanks for the information Robert, MyService has provided me with great service each time I’ve needed to have something done on each of my MacBooks.
Cheers, & Best Wishes on your continued success!!!
Great post! Just wanted to let you know you have a new subscriber- me!
