Keyboard Shortcuts – Screenshots

Here’s some quick ways to share what’s on your Mac.
Command-Shift-3
This command will take a picture of your entire desktop.
Command-Shift-4
You can click, drag and drop to get a cropped shot – very useful.
Command-Shift-4 (then press the spacebar)
This will highlight and take pics of open windows – great for tutorials.
iPhone – Home Button+Power Button
Takes a screen shot of your iPhone (or iPod Touch) screen – works in all apps, even video.
On your Mac, the pics will be saved as “Picture x” on your desktop by default. On your iPhone, the pics will be saved in your camera roll.
